Job Vacancy #1: Junior Implementation Specialist (consultant) - BIT Software, Ltd.

Reports to: Division Manager, Brasov.

Based at: BIT Software, Ltd., Brasov, Romania.

Organizational relationships: The implementation specialist will be answerable to the division manager, with the majority of tasks to be undertaken in collaboration with implementing partners, project staff and, particularly, BITSoftware personnel and primary stakeholder groups to enable a learning process and inclusive decision making and to maximize transparency and accountability. The implementation specialist is expected to work alongside the project coordinator. As with all project staff, consultants are accountable to the primary stakeholders of the project.

Operating responsibilities and tasks:

• Ensure that BITSoftware activities are appropriate; take account of the evolution of the project and of stakeholders' needs and capacities
• Implementation of BIT Software solutions according to internal methodology
• Manage the implementation project, cooperate with team members in order to finalize the project successfully and in time
• Identify issues/request for change for the solutions, register and track them until delivery and acceptance from customer
• Improve the companies' products by writing and reviewing specifications for changes requests
• Presales activity: prepare product presentations for potential customers
• Prepare functional documentation for the ongoing implementations

Qualifications and experience required:

• University degree in Economics or Economics Engineering
• Understanding of overall business
• Ability to communicate on vertical and horizontal level inside the company
• Strong knowledge in financial and stock management accounting
• Experience in ERP and CRM implementation
• Availability for extra hours and traveling
• Drivers license category B

Job Vacancy #2: Sales Representative / Account Manager - BIT Software, Ltd.

Reports to: Sales Director, Brasov.

Based at: BIT Software, Ltd., Bucharest, Romania.

Organizational relationships: The sales representative / account manager will be answerable to the sales director, working closely with the rest of sales team, telemarketing and marketing department in order to accomplish the company's sales objectives

Operating responsibilities and tasks:

• Sales of BITSoftware ERP and CRM solutions
• Meetings with potential customers and presentation of BITSoftware solutions
• Offers and contract preparation
• Managing and tracking sales opportunities
• Communication with customers and potential customers
• Tracking the satisfaction level of existing customers
• Review the results of completed surveys and assist in report preparation

Qualifications and experience required

• University degree in Economics or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B software sale, preferable experience in ERP and CRM field
• Good knowledge of the English language (other foreign languages a plus)
• Good initiative, communication, presentations and negotiation skills
• Results orientated, team player • Availability to work extra hours and traveling
• Drivers license category B

Job Vacancy #3: Programmer - BIT Software, Ltd.

Reports to: Software Development Manager, Brasov.

Based at: BIT Software, Ltd., Brasov, Romania.

Organizational relationships: The programmer will be answerable to the software development manager, working closely with the rest of development team, project manager and technical support in order to develop and test software components in accordance to requirements and specifications.

Operating responsibilities and tasks:

• Development, test and document software solutions
• Analysis of requirements expressed in program tasks, analysis of development opportunities for the existing system, link all information and write functional and technical specifications
• Accomplish programming tasks in due time, respecting the required quality
• Help the project manager and software architect in technical decisions

Qualifications and experience required:

• Minimum 3 years programming experience
• Good knowledge of at least 2 programming languages from the following: Java, C++, Ruby, VB
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Dynamic person, team player
