The first release of SocrateBI includes three modules: Financial Reporting Analysis Module (FRAM), Sales and Customer Analysis Module (SCAM) and Project Controlling Analysis Module (PCAM), other two modules will be operational soon (Inventory and Stocks Analysis Module – ISAM, and Human Resources Analysis Module – HRAM)

SocrateBI uses MicroStrategy 9.2.1a as development and production environment platform, allowing access to the latest features available in MicroStrategy platform: MicroStrategy Mobile, Transaction Services or Visual Insight. MicroStrategy Mobile provides reporting information and analysis capabilities on mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry or those that use Android platform, while MSTR Transaction Services allows ‘write-back’ capabilities in reports and dashboards, using SQL for database and XQuery to Web services. By using MicroStrategy Visual Insight, users will automatically join data in-memory and users can immediately start exploring their data without any IT involvement and, also, can quickly create customized and interactive analysis.

To ensure a high level of security of transmitted and stored data on the mobile devices, administrators can set the privacy level of applications (requiring users every time to log in for access) and, also, the mandatory authentication based on a server certification.

SocrateBI allows organizations to run packaged analytics directly from Socrate ERP, or, due to its open interfaces and connectors, analysis can be done also using the information available in other ERP systems.

SO Fleet Management allows a comprehensive vehicle/equipment description with information on technical data (type, engine, category, capacity), registration data (temporary/final), procurement contract type (credit, leasing, custody, etc.), costs, maintenance, historical and planned inspections, rentals.

Also, it is a lot easier to operate mechanism by which the vehicles are allocated on people and by which the official report/protocol can be printed in small or detailed forms. Plus, with this solution you can track the insurance contract on each vehicle as standard functionality, the administrator being notified within a predefined number of days before the expiration of each insurance policy. The mechanism can be also applied to other car components with a validity period, like first aid kits or fire extinguishers.

What is extremely important to know is that in SocrateOpen Fleet Management was created a mechanism that allocates costs on resources, allowing the possibility to group them by source or cost categories, in order to obtain the profitability on vechicle.
