The payroll application from BITSoftware, Socrate Payroll, was configured to meet the major changes required by the Romanian Government, starting with 2011, regarding the obligations to pay social security contributions, income tax and nominal records of insured persons. With Socrate Payroll you can generate the 112 Statement, cumulating information which previously was submitted in the form of five mandatory monthly forms.

Employee Detailed Evidence

There is extensive information that can be recorded regarding employees - worked time (daily and monthly timesheet), calculation of employee's payroll (gross/net, expressed in base/references currency or other reference currency), calculation of quota for state budget and social insurances.

Employees and Salary History

The application allows tracking the evolution of an employee salary, also registering of new negotiations.

Flexibility in Wages Calculation

The salaries could be calculated starting from gross to net, but also the other way around, taking into consideration the wage-class and deduction factor.

Various and Flexible Reports

Socrate Payroll offers various reports regarding salaries (distribution of salary depending on working conditions, salary structure report), or working hours, holidays, restraints, reports regarding lunch tickets etc.
