Our blog is to communicate and collaborate with our customers, technology supporters and other online enthusiasts that would like to join in our discussions. We will have various authors from our internal team and as the discussions unfold, we will invite guest bloggers from time to time. Topics will range from CRM (Customer Relation Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), BI (Business Intelligence), cloud computing / SaaS / web-based software trends, customer stories, product roadmap updates, and workplace highlights.

For the protection of all users and BITSoftware, we are reserving the right to review comments and photographs submitted to the weblog to screen material and to edit or delete, in whole or in part, any comment or other material posted to this weblog that is inconsistent with the BITSoftware’s Blog Policy.

BITSoftware’s Blog Policy & Recommendations

1. Stay Focused. Do post comments and photographs that stay close to the stated focus of the weblog. Do not post comments or photographs that contain SPAM or off-topic content such as political or religious statements.
2. Use Common Sense. Do not post any confidential or personal information that you do not want to share with strangers on the Internet, including telephone numbers and electronic signatures.
3. Respect Personal Information. Do not post any confidential or personal information of any third party, including telephone numbers, addresses or email addresses. Do not post any material (either positive or negative) that specifically identifies any other person who is not a celebrity. If you post a photograph to the weblog, be sure that the photograph does not include any person.
4. Use Appropriate Language. Refrain from posting any material that is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, profane, libellous, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, offensive, abusive, hateful, embarrassing or disparaging to another person, group of persons or entity or that violates the privacy rights of others.
5. Advertisements and Solicitations. At BITSoftware, we are eager to hear about what inspires you, our customers, and we encourage you to share your experiences with us and with other resources. However, we ask that you not post any overt promotional information or advertisements strictly for the purposes of self-promotion.
6. Format. Do not post comments written in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, whether intentional or accidental.
7. Respect Copyrights. Do not post any material to the weblog unless (i) you own or have all of the rights necessary to post the content and (ii) the posting of such content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright or any other rights of any person. Respect all laws governing copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights, including BIT Software, Ltd. own intellectual property. If you wish to reference third party content, do not copy the content without permission. Where appropriate, please provide a hyperlink to any referenced online content.
8. Discuss What You Know. Do not make specific, non-verifiable, non-firsthand claims about people or companies.
9. Comply with Law. Do not engage in or promote any illegal activity through this weblog or post any material that fails to conform with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws.
10. Respect Others. Do not attack personally fellow BITSoftware bloggers, affiliates, partners, customers, consumers or shareholders. When you disagree with a posting, do so with respect and without resorting to personal attacks. While referencing our competitors is accepted and welcome as open dialogue, do not attack companies that are competitors of BITSoftware.
11. Use Resources Wisely. Do not post any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, spyware or other computer code that is intended to damage, interfere with or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system or information.
12. Contact Us. The focus of this weblog encourages communication and collaboration. 13. Ranking. Do not post material that is intended as Page Rank Bait.

Bine aţi venit pe blogul BITSoftware

Blogul nostru a fost creat pentru a comunica şi colabora cu clienţii noştrii, cu cei care sunt pasionaţi de tehnologie în general şi cu orice alţi entuziaşti online care ar dori să se alăture discuţiilor noastre. Printre autorii materialelor ce vor fi publicate se vor număra mai mulţi dintre angajaţii BITSoftware şi, în funcţie de cum vor evolua discuţiile, vom invita, din când în când, să scrie pe blogul nostru diverşi alţi bloggeri cunoscuţi.  Discuţiile vor merge de la CRM (Customer Relation Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), BI (Business Intelligence), cloud computing / SaaS / la poveşti de succes ale clienţilor.

Pentru protecţia tuturor utilizatorilor şi a BITSoftware, ne rezervăm dreptul de a examina comentariile şi imaginile trimise blogului, de a edita sau a şterge, în întregime sau în parte, orice comentariu sau material postat pe acest blog care nu este în concordanţă cu BITSoftware’s Blog Policy.

Politica blogului BITSoftware şi recomandări

1. Nu divagaţi. Postaţi doar comentarii şi fotografii care au legătură cu scopul declarat al acestui blog. Nu postaţi comentarii sau fotografii care conţin SPAM sau declaraţii de natură politică sau religioasă.
2. Nu depăşiţi bunul simţ. Nu postaţi informaţii personale sau confidenţiale pe care nu doriţi să le împărtăşiţi cu persoane străine pe internet, cum ar fi numărul de telefon sau semnătura electronică.
3. Respectaţi informaţiile personale. Nu postaţi informaţii personale sau confidenţiale ale altor persoane, cum ar fi numărul de telefon, adresa sau adresa de email. Nu postaţi nici un material, fie el pozitiv sau negativ, care ar putea duce la identificarea clară a oricărei persoane care nu este o persoană publică. 5. Solicitări şi avertismente. La BITSoftware, suntem dornici să auzim despre ceea ce vă inspiră pe voi, clienţii noştri, şi vă încurajăm să împărtăşiţi cu noi şi cu alţii experienţele dumneavoastră. Cu toate acestea, vă rugăm să nu postaţi nici un fel de informaţii promoţionale evidente sau reclame, cu scopul strict de autopromovare.
6. Format. Nu postaţi comentarii scrise în totalitate cu litere mari, indiferent dacă o faceţi intenţionat sau accidental.
7. Respectaţi drepturile de autor. Nu postaţi pe blog niciun material decât dacă (i) este creaţia dumneavoastră sau aveţi toate drepturile necesare pentru a posta conţinutul şi (ii) postarea acestui conţinut nu încalcă dreptul la confidenţialitate, drepturile de publicitate, dreptul de autor sau orice alte drepturi ale altei persoane. Respectaţi toate legile care reglementează drepturile de autor, de marcă si alte drepturi de proprietate intelectuală, inclusiv dreptul propriu de proprietate intelectuală al BIT Software SRL. Dacă doriţi să faceţi referire la un terţ, nu copiaţi conţinutul fără permisiune. Dacă este cazul, vă rugăm să furnizaţi un link la orice conţinut online de referinţă.
8. Discutaţi despre ceea ce ştiţi. Nu faceţi afirmaţii neverificate despre persoane sau companii.
9. Respectaţi legea. Nu vă angajaţi în promovarea oricăror activităţi ilegale prin intermediul acestui weblog şi nu postaţi niciun material care nu reuşeşte să se conformeze tuturor legilor locale, naţionale şi internaţionale în vigoare şi aplicabile.
10. Respectaţi-i pe ceilalţi. Nu atacaţi personal colegii bloggeri de la BITSoftware, afiliaţii, partenerii, clienţii, consumatorii sau acţionarii. Când nu sunteţi de acord cu o postare, face acest lucru cu respect şi fără a recurge la atacuri personale. Chiar dacă referirile la competitorii noştri sunt acceptate, iar un dialog deschis este binevenit, nu atacaţi companiile care sunt concurenţi ai BITSoftware.
11. Folosiţi resursele cu înţelepciune. Nu postaţi niciun material care conţine viruşi, viermi, spyware sau alt cod de computer care este destinat să deterioreze, interfereze sau să intercepteze ori exproprieze orice sistem sau informaţie.
12. Contactaţi-ne. Elementul esenţial al acestui blog este de a încuraja comunicarea şi colaborarea. În plus, dacă credeţi că orice material postat pe blog încalcă orice dispoziţie a Politicii blogului BITSoftware, inclusiv, fără limitare, dispoziţiile referitoare la postarea de materiale cu drepturi de autor (indiferent dacă sunt drepturi de autor proprii sau a celor deţinute de un terţ) sau dacă aveţi orice altă pretenţie juridică referitoare la weblog, vă rugăm să ne anunţaţi prin Contact.
13. Ranking. Nu postaţi materiale care sunt concepute ca Page Rank Bait.
14. Termeni de utilizare şi de confidenţialitate. În plus faţă de Politica blogului BITSoftware, utilizarea de către dvs. a blogului face, de asemenea, obiectul politicii de legalitate şi de confidenţialitate a site-ului BITSoftware. Politica blogului BITSoftware se aplică la toate comentariile prezentate în acest blog. În măsura în care Politica blogului BITSoftware intră în conflict cu Politica de legalitate şi de confidenţialitate a site-ului BITSoftware, la utilizarea acestui blog se aplică Politica blogului BITSoftware. Prin oferirea adresei dumneavoastră de e-mail către BITSoftware în legătură cu postarea oricărui material pe acest blog nu sunteţi introduşi în nicio listă de e-mail.
