Beyond the standard CRM / ERP system

Based on more than 18 years in the CRM and ERP field, BITSoftware is continually researching, improving and extending SocrateOpen, in order to exceed customer expectation and cover all requirements and increasing business needs.

To date, BITSoftware has developed 5 new extensions to SocrateOpen, which proved their advantages in various implementations. A few others are in the works and will be announced when ready.

Hours Management

The Hours Management extension provides a consistent method for recording the amount of employees' time spent on each project.

Fleet Management

The Fleet Management extension brings a new entity 'means of conveyance' which can be linked with the fixed assets and resources in order to trace the costs and the usage of a resource. The functionality is used especially in the construction industry.

Mobile Devices

The Hand Held Suite is a data capture mobile solution used in many types of businesses for warehouse management and inventory control. The suite includes a front-office application, running on Windows CE compatible devices and a back end component which sits on the Compiere Platform.

EDI Connector

The EDI Connector extension provides document definitions and interfaces for linking the SocrateOpen/Compiere platform with other systems, through standard EDI interfaces.

Online Banking

The Online Banking extension allows import and automatic processing of a bank statement obtained from the bank application or other applications provided by customers.
