A Certified Technology Stack

The Cloud Edition for BITSoftware's ERP solutions is delivered as an executable Amazon Machine Image (AMI) for the Amazon EC2 environment. Each provided AMI is integrated, tested and delivered with certified versions of the used operating system, application server, and database.

Service and Support

The Cloud Edition subscriptions include application support, provisioning assistance, bug fixes, service packs, enhancement releases. BIT Software also provides fee-based services such as application development, performance tuning, customization, and implementation support.

Amazon's Technology Infrastructure

Using your ERP application in Cloud you have the flexibility to choose the hardware configuration and support services that you need from Amazon web services. Using Amazon EC2, you select the size and configuration of your computer instance and the amount of persistent block storage you will need for your database and backups.
