If you need a business software solution (ERP, CRM, BI, WMS) and you have not had the necessary budget to implement it, now is the time to purchase it, accessing the financing programs offered by the European Union for digitalization.

Total budget:

■ 105 million EUR (from EU funds and the state budget)
■ Between 30,000-100,000 EUR granted by the European Union (covers 90% of eligible expenses)

Eligibility criteria:

■ Romanian micro-enterprises and small and medium-sized companies, up to 250 employees
■ Any field of non-IT activity
■ Able to bear at least 10% of eligible expenses

Beneficiaries can use the non-reimbursable funds for:

■ Acquisition and implementation of software solutions (ERP, CRM, BI or WMS)
■ Acquisition of cloud and SaaS services
■ Purchasing consulting services
■ Staff training

SMEs will be able to directly apply for European funds from the Regional Development Agencies (RDAs) for each of Romania's 8 development regions, which will identify potential beneficiaries of de minimis aid (SMEs) by organizing calls for regional projects.
